1. General Policy

Ocean Systems provides IT services including but not limited to software development, hosting, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, consulting, and digital solutions.

All services are provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any guarantees of performance, results, compatibility, uptime, or business outcomes.


2. 7-Day Limited Refund Window

Clients may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days from the official service activation date (“Service Start Date”), subject to the following conditions:

The refund request must be submitted in writing.
The request must be received before the end of the 7th calendar day.
The service must not have been materially consumed, deployed commercially, or significantly utilized.
No violation of terms or misuse must have occurred.

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period shall be automatically rejected.


3. No Guarantee of Satisfaction or Results

Ocean Systems does not guarantee:

Specific technical results
Financial returns
Business growth
Security immunity
Continuous availability
Error-free systems

Client dissatisfaction does not automatically entitle the Client to a refund.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

Custom development work once started
Consulting hours once delivered
Setup and configuration fees
Third-party licenses
Domain registrations
Cloud resource provisioning costs
Payment processing fees
Data migration services
Any service where backend infrastructure has been provisioned specifically for the Client

5. Partial Refund Rights

If approved within the 7-day window:

Refunds may be partial.
Administrative fees may be deducted.
Consumed service value will be deducted.
Third-party costs will not be refunded.

Ocean Systems retains sole discretion in calculating refundable amounts.

 

6. Subscription Services

For recurring subscriptions:

Refunds apply only to the first billing cycle.
No pro-rated refunds after the 7-day period.
Cancellation prevents future charges only.
 

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first following this Refund Policy constitutes a breach of agreement.

Ocean Systems reserves the right to:

Suspend services immediately
Terminate accounts
Recover legal and administrative costs
 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Ocean Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Refund eligibility under this policy represents the sole and exclusive financial remedy available to the Client.

 

9. Policy Updates

Ocean Systems reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
